Initially I didn’t have the urge to check this out being that it was a bunch of remixes, but upon J Brown’s recommendation I hooked up the download and I’m very impressed.

Not quite as essential as the Can’t Tell Me Nothing mixtape was, but the one new track(“Sky High”) from Kid Cudi is nice, and there’s a new Big Sean verse tacked on somewhere too. The rest is remix fare across the board, some true school hip-hop shit, some ragga dancehall, some house, some borderline funky-mixes lol.

Couple highlights for me were the Kenny Dope remix of “Addiction”, I always felt the o.g was dope but slightly underappreciated cause the tempo and groove weren’t standard enough. Kenny’s take on it reminds me of some early 90′s Crystal Waters shit. Homecoming Discotech remix is my shit too (lol), they both work in bringin non-dance songs to the dance floor.

.. and oh yeah “Champion” over the “Mama Said Knock You Out” break. Ha.
