Mary J to perform two dates in NZ
Some of you cool guys in the know might have already been aware of this but Mary J Blige is to perform in Auckland (at Vector Arena) and Wellington (at the Town Hall) in June. Pretty mean. I wonder if she’d be able to pack out Vector? I could imagine a lot of old heads turning up and I know I’ll be there. NZ Herald link here.
On a related note, what’s up with this supposed Boyz II Men concert in Auckland? The man Slick told me about it, but I can’t find any tickets for sale as yet.

the tickets went on sale on 28th April.
And the concert is 31st of May

Speaking of cats who hear all the inside info on tickets… I was in the US a month or so back and read in Rolling Stone that Chris Rock was coming to NZ… anyone hear any murmurs of that?

^^ I think Racial was talking about ticket info for Mary J up there. And with Boyz II Men, I went to Ticketek (the info kiosk) in Lynn Mall and those ladies didn’t know anything about it. Is it even for real?
And on the rumour tip, I heard Kanye might be coming down to NZ with his Glow in the Dark tour (or maybe a stripped down version). Is that lies? Where’s David Hartnell?
