Is it the shoes?
Man, is this video of Kobe jumping an Aston Martin for real or are they having a Maori on? That’s crazy if he did that for real, but I’m skeptical that it’s some viral Nike marketing campaign. If you can enlighten me, please do.
As a sidenote, man Kobe’s Adidas shoes were always stink, here’s a page full of wackness.

Plus that vid up there could be faked a couple ways. Either shooting the jump and the car separately and merging them together, or just have the car drive either side of Kobe. But it definitely looked like Kobe jumped that high. I just don’t think his team would let him put himself at risk. And if they found out about it, they’d probably use some disciplinary action, and you’d hear about it on Crowd Goes Wild or something.
