Sneaker collector or not, you cannot deny that the Air Jordan is one of the most recognised shoes worldwide.

I stumbled upon this interview with the guy behind the designs of various Jordans, Tinker Hatfield. If you’ve ever wondered how much input MJ really has with the designs then this is for you.

Incredible to think that a lawnmower inspired one of the iconic pairs in the series. Phil, this is for you.

    There’s an good interview with Tinker Hatfield on the ‘Just For Kicks’ DVD.
    The DVD extras have a bunch of stuff on the Jordan 3’s talking about the relaxed leather & the Elephant print.
    I want to hear more about how DC Shoes deconstructed Jordan 3’s & 4’s to make their own shoes. I get heaps of comments from rock kids/ skaters when I rock 3’s…

    I would love to read an interview with the person who invented Kung Fus. That’d be pretty good.
