Too much weights, not enuff speed work … useless prick
I can recall the first time I watched ‘Once were warriors’. It was shocking stuff, and admittedly I was rather taken aback whilst watching it. This soon dissipated however.By the 3rd or 4th viewing I and every other male at my school had pretty much decided it was one of the most hilarious films of all time. Nowadays everyone can recite one liners from the film (‘We… are the same color… boy!’). Jake, for all his wife beating inadequacies has become somewhat of a cult figure in NZ culture. I found this on Youtube the other day and it cracked me up. The question remains though , how did they manage to make a film about domestic violence so funny ?
*Smh @ us all whilst saluting Tem for best NZ performance of all time.
